Sevenoaks Kyokushinkai Karate

One of the best true Karate schools I have trained in over the past many years of my martial arts journey. Shihan Ray Bond and the senior instructors possess a wealth and depth of knowledge of Kyokushin Karate in the manner that it should be taught. The club is very friendly and encompasses the right mindset of respect and camaraderie. Very demanding training without the macho/ego environment.

Any club is only as good as its instructor and with his dedication, experience and wealth of knowledge Shihan Ray Bond is up there with the best of them.

Shihan Ray Bond has dedicated his whole Life to Kyokushinkai Karate and it shows with the knowledge he passes onto his students. I couldn’t ask for a better instructor. And I don’t think I could find one if I tried.

I have trained in many martial arts over the years, but never found such depth of knowledge and understand as I have here. The training is tough, but enjoyable and the instructors are all top notch!
