Professional and Prompt, needed a part so sent an email, got a very quick response and ordered. They confirmed shipment but advised it might be delayed due to post, but it actually arrived the next day and the part was spot on so would definitely recommend.

Fast response and checked part was the right one for my old Smeg range cooker. cooling fan now replaced and working effectively and quietly but had to take sides and top off get to refit

Very helpful when I emailed them for advice, they replied the next working day, my new oven hinges were in stock and arrived a few days later. All in all a good service.

The engineer that was sent to service my Smeg gas hob was punctual and polite. He was also able to rectify two faults on the spot without the need for spare parts. Brilliant.
