Love Seren yoga. I have been going to her many years and love her classes. Very relaxed and Serene yoga really cares about all her yogis and goes above and beyond to look after us :)

Seasonal session at Friends Meeting House, Henley. Very relaxing and peaceful with lots of attentive care and support the teacher, and a superb venue. I shall be returning.

Late summer yoga session in Henley was a great expierence. Welcoming, inclusive,well planned , held in a peaceful and suitable venue. I didn't know what to expect but will certainly attend more. I came away feeling uplifted. Thank you.

The teacher exudes calm, making relaxation and yoga practice really easy. I've attended a lot of her classes as a yoga novice, and found myself quickly improving! One of her classes was outdoors at the school, and the large class was fun and special, with the sun sinking into the sunset and the grass under our feet. Recommended!

Winter workshop at Dunsden - a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Wasn't sure what to expect, class was well planned and flowed smoothly. Came away feeling well stretched and relaxed. Venue was ideal with beautiful surroundings and added bonus of under floor heating. Great way to start the weekend!! Irene Feb 2019
