  • I've been going to Seonaid for a year now and she has completely changed my views on exercise. She has transformed me from doing no exercise to working out 5 to 6 times per week. She is so motivational and supportive. She keeps me accountable if I slip up and celebrates when I succeed. I feel the best I have in years thanks to her encouragement and support.
