A first class club with a friendly 'no ego' atmosphere. I have been a member for almost 10 years, whether you are a competitor, looking to gain confidence or to help your fitness I highly recommend it. The coaches are vastly experienced and offer classes to suit everyone at all ages!

Couldn’t ask for anything more from a club when it comes to teaching, team mates and over martial arts experience. Would highly recommend for anyone who is flip flopping around the idea of taking the plunge.

First attended this club in 2011. Didn’t know what to expect and naturally nervous but the coaches, students and environment is absolutely amazing. Fitness , self defence and a great laugh! Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining any form of MMA.. the variety of classes are second to none and accommodates all ages and abilities .. A family of friends!

I began training at Sekkyoku in 2019 and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made. Not only has joining the club taught me self defence along with increasing my level of fitness, it has also increase my confidence levels and helped with my anxiety. I have also made some amazing memories here and some great friends. If you are considering trying this place out, please do! Everyone is extremely welcoming and you will 100% enjoy it!

Has to be my favourite place to train when I'm in Banbridge, the coaches are excellent and highly skilled! The members are great and all willing to help you learn! Thanks for the warm welcoming and great training! Great facilities with ample parking too!! A+++++
