Sean Kelly Healing and Yoga

I've had alot of yoga classes with Sean, including a private one on one session. Sean is a great yoga teacher & does his best to suit your needs while not pushing you, saying that he's also great at suggesting different poses to make the pose softer or stronger depending on what you think feels best. Sean makes you feel very comfortable & at ease throughout the whole class 😊 Highly recommend!
