Seafarers Sailing Club

Very friendly club promoting dinghy sailing on the Solent.

Great friendly Club, went ther as part of SLOSH. They were welcoming the food laid on was delious, thank you. The sailing course set exellant, im challenging conditions.

Really great place to kitesurf. Nice grassy launch area with plenty people to help you launch and land. Parking is free!

The club is a very nice friendly one that has carries a good solid reputation. This is a lovely part of the coast line right on Hill Head. Massive carpark, toilets, kids enclosed play area, nice very large grassy area for summer picnics. The views across the water to the island are amazing, also you can see right up the channel towards the direction of the Needles. You could easily walk to lee-on-the-solent from here, grab a bite to eat and take a nice stroll back.

I joined this club early this summer with my family and have had the most lovely experience. Everyone at the club has been so helpful and their experience was excellent. We all did the RYA entry level courses, my 3 boys and my wife and I, all a great time and qualified. They had not scheduled a 2nd course but created one as we made up most of the numbers for us you can’t get better than that.
