  • Started training with Scott age 59 along with my wife to improve strength and core. Attended for 2 years before ill health. Wish I could still go. Scott was fun, respectful, a good teacher, able to push you forward in a very encouraging way. We felt as strong as we were in our twenties. I was a bit weary at first but quickly grew to look forward to our sessions. Scott is superb in his knowledge and coaching techniques. I highly recommend Scott to any age group.

  • Currently training with Scott once a week as I have done since January. He is a very positive and motivational coach and clearly loves what he does! After almost a year of training, the results are not only fantastic, but sustainable! I cannot wait for the next year and more to see some more truly brilliant results which ultimately leave you feeling more confident in yourself and your fitness and physique thanking you for it!   • I trained 2 times on block bookings with Scott. It helped me mentally, physically and boosted my confidence. I wanted to do free weights but had no knowledge of this. Scott explained the proper techniques and I lifted way more than I ever thought I could. He was so supportive and the sessions were always varied. Highly recommend him for training. I still use the knowledge now that I gained from the sessions.
