  • Awful experience with Scuba Leeds. Ordered an Apeks dive suitcase on 20th October 2022 in preparation for a trip beginning of December. Despite saying 'In Stock' on the website, it was not in stock. It was with Apeks. I kept having to email Scuba Leeds asking for an update (no effort from their side to contact me). Responses were unhelpful "it is with the supplier", "hopefully it will be here soon". On 24th November I gave up and asked for a refund. This eventually came through on 6th January...

  • Myself and my partner booked the dry suit speciality scuba diving package. Team were great, very friendly and informative. Lots of fun to learn to scuba dive!

  • Called in for some snorkelling item for imminent holiday abroad, the owner was so so helpful. I enquired about scuba diving about what had changed from 30 some years ago. His shared knowledge was invaluable, leading me into wanting to get re qualified after some 30 years away from the sport. First class company who know how to treat their customers.

  • Everyone in the Scuba Leeds Team are absolutely incredible & professionals. If you’re completely new at diving or looking for anything in between, this is the place to go. They are all fantastic, not a single complaint 5/5 🌟

  • 3rd September order placed and confirmed 10th September I had to email for update 17th September I had to email again as no reply I then had to comment on Instagram to get a reply Was told the order was waiting from the suppliers and could be a while I requested a refund. Was told it would be dealt with 22nd September still no refund . No reply to emails so had to post on Instagram and Facebook Then finally got my refund Very poor communication and incredibly poor customer service. Disappoint...
