I am an adult who has a long time interest in piano, but no training. Tommy accepted me as a beginner student, and his approach to teaching meshed extremely well with my adult learning style and needs. Tommy’s competence at teaching is only outdone by his sheer talent as a pianist. Highly recommend Tommy’s classes.

Tommy is an exceptionally talented pianist and his motivation to pursue jazz is definitely reflected in his private lessons. Tommy is an extremely professional and knowledgeable teacher of piano. He is pleasant, friendly and very patient when you're struggling to get things right. He is an expert judge at when to stand back and let you achieve by yourself, and when an example or playing alongside you will help you to get your head around an issue. I came to Tommy having spent some time learning on apps and the feedback, support and critical analysis he provides has made for a far better learning experience.

Tommy has been taking piano lessons for my 5 year old the past few months. She finds Tommy's lessons easy to follow and is making quick progress. An added advantage is that Tommy is very flexible with his timings. Tommy is highly professional in his approach and amazingly talented. He clearly explains concepts and patiently guides her to understand them. I am extremely pleased with his lessons and our daughter’s progress. I highly recommend his classes.
