Phoned several times regards to Lexmoto recall, all calls and messages ignored. Got that sorted elsewhere. Broke down and tried to call them again, also ignored. Been using Orrell Park Motorcycles instead. Fast, professional and friendly.

Appalling service, it's one blunder after another with these lot. After purchasing the scooter, they forgot to bring the manual, which is no big deal, things like this happen and it's understandable, but then they promise to send it by post and this is where the lies start. I don't even want to rate this place a 1. Its been a appealing experience. I bought a bike. That was 2 weeks late on delivery when they brought the bike it wouldn't start so I refused delivery, I then asked for a refund and was told it would go into my bank. After a week of no refund and no answer on the phone. I phoned head office and they managed to get my refund. Panic sets in when the number has been disconnected. . Do not buy from this place. Great bunch of lads and very helpful from start to finish. Can’t recommend the place enough. The new manager has contacted me a couple times since buying my bike to make sure I’m happy with it. Overall great service and will definitely be back!!!
