very knowledgeable lady about dogs. Not so much about legal agreements. Agreed a price, on wait list, then she tried to substantially hike price. The price is whats agreed at time not what people are currently paying for puppies in covid.

My experience with scarletstrue was absolutely amazing. From the first moment I talked to Celia, she offered me so much help and advice about getting a puppy and was extremely friendly. I regularly received photos and videos of my puppy growing up, and could see she was in a happy and loving environment.
