  • I started training at SBG Bury 2 months ago as a complete beginner. The group have been extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly from my very first class. Glyn and the other coaches provide explanations in a clear and concise way which I’ve found particularly useful as a beginner. They go above and beyond to help you incrementally improve with each class. I’m always looking forward to my next class and I’m excited to continue my journey at SBG Bury. I can’t recommend it enough!

  • I recently started training at SBG in Ramsbottom, and I have to say that it has been an amazing experience so far. The instructors are knowledgeable and always try and help you improve if you're struggling. They also try and give you a deeper understanding of the particular position or move that you're learning rather than just teaching a sequence of movements that look good for your Instagram stories but would be difficult to implement if the conditions were slightly altered.   • I started training ju jitsu at the start of summer at SBG Bury. Glyn and all the coaches were so welcoming and everyone else training there is friendly. The quality of coaching is very high but also easy to understand. I could say so much good about this club but the most important thing I believe I can say is come down and give it a go. I’m sure you’ll soon see the physical and more importantly to me the mental benefits that I have received from training.
