Matt has been teaching my 11 year old daughter for 2 years and he is fantastic. Patient, encouraging, reliable, empathetic, imaginative. Everything you could want really.

I found Matt slightly randomly on a music teacher's directory online in December 2015: my daughter who was then 11, and playing clarinet, was keen to take up the saxophone. Matt Anderson is truly inspiring music teacher. I'm preparing for my Jazz saxophone Grade 5 and his explanation of complex Jazz ideas has made me wonder why didn't I understand that before. Thank you, I really value the lessons. I believe Matt Anderson is a brilliant music educationalist, whatever level the student. I found his lessons logical, practice based and imparting a love for the music. I'm more than happy to recommend Matt Anderson
