This company have been absolutely great in resolving any questions or queries I had post purchase. I found them efficient, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Suzy for all your input and help.

Ordered butt which had sharp edges around the tap hole causing it to leak. Emailed twice but no reply. Would avoid using them again. Update, new butt sent out as promised

Never deal with this company. Goods ordered 7 weeks ago have never arrived but of course the money went same day, you cannot contact them by phone just a message "call handlers unavailable call between business hours 9-5.30" which you do to get no one and when they do decide to respond to an email you get conflicting answers. They are a complete shambles.

Is this company still operating? I have actually received my water butt, but it is defective. Cannot make contact by phone and I have sent a lot of emails, but after 2 weeks+ I still have not received a response. Would suggest AVOID this company.

I ordered 4 items on 6th November 2020, 3 of which were delivered, but the water butt is still outstanding, and its now 17th February 2021. I've phone multiple times but the mailbox is full and cuts off. Facebook messages / Tweets go unread/unanswered, and only 1 of my emails was answered, asking for more information, which I then provided, but have not had any further contact.
