Sex and relationships are fundamental to the way we live our lives because they define who we are, what brings us pleasure and how we relate to others. There are a huge variety of ways of living our lives yet there can be a lot of confusion, embarrassment or sense of shame in talking about what we might like, what we know and what we would like to know about sex and relationships. Whilst there is a lot of information easily at hand it can be a lot of hype or a lot of air brushing, leaving people feeling that perhaps they are not ‘normal’ or live ‘normal lives’ constantly comparing themselves to what they read and what they see and believe.
