  • Sarah is a great fitness trainer, who always optimally adapts the fitness exercises to individual needs (e.g. mobility during pregnancy). In addition, she is always in a good mood, so that the training is very motivating.

  • Incredibly motivating! Within a few weeks, Sarah managed to make me feel good about my body, to conjure up a smile when doing sports and to make the exercises entertaining! The routine and the adapted exercises quickly have an effect, which my fellow human beings also notice positively!

  • I have been training with Sarah for just under 2 months and I’m already feeling and seeing a difference. Sarah is extremely professional and, although we’ve only been able to have online classes, she’s been incredibly motivating.
