  • Sarah is a wonderful inspirational teacher and her classes are always fun too. She has been thoughtful and helpful when my health problems have limited my ability to participate and I am always thrilled to be able join in. Her classes have been a lifeline through my health challenges. Thoroughly recommend her, whether new to yoga or experienced.

My wife has Alzheimer's and ...

I have very stiff joints so the low impact exercise combined with stretching is perfect for me. It's also very relaxing and the meditative aspect helps me process what's going on in my life and be more accepting of myself and others. In short, it's bloody marvellous! And I highly recommend it. I've done quite a few different y...
