  • If the hospitality and overall kindness to strangers is anything to go by - the gym and yoga training at Sapien must be brilliant! There I was, on the A23, driving from Sussex to Kent - when my clutch starting to fail ....I was not popular with the other drivers on the road. I looked frantically for a slip road exit.   • Rich and Rosie have helped me grow stronger, more flexible and generally more confident in my self. 18 years ago I was temporarily paralysed and suffered long term weakness with mobility, with the expert training from Rich we recently walked to the summit of Snowdonia. Something I never thought I could achieve, all credit to Rich. C

  • Rich was my PT through COVID and I had a unreal experience with him! Not only did he set me with realistic goals to achieve (which I have achieved) he gave me confidence to continue with my fitness journey!! Such a nice genuine bloke with a lot of passion for others to progress. 100% recommend using and abusing his GYM as i can guarantee you will reach your goals and enjoy doing it.

  • Beautiful and well-thought out studio in the most amazing location. Rosie and Rich are so welcoming and friendly, they really make you feel at home. I can highly recommend Rosie's yoga class. The space Rosie has created is so warm and relaxing, it's the perfect studio to unwind in. The classes are so well thought out too. Whether you want an restorative flow or something more energising Rosie is the person for you. She caters for individuals who are new to yoga to those more advanced.
