Cannot speak highly enough of this place, and now the fantastic family-friendly camping facilties are up and running, this really is a grand place to escape to for a few days during the finer months of England's seasons. We arrived here for a show jumping competition on 27 Jan 2019 and it was a disaster. There was no order at all in the parking area - which was by no means too small, the organisers just hadn’t bothered to get a parking steward. Went to watch trec. Easily found due to great signposting. Large car park meaning don't get blocked in with large lorries or trailers. Nice warm up under cover arena and small waiting area under cover before going into main ring. Lots of chairs in viewing area which is accessible near car park without having to walk the horse entrance. Nice toilets with hot water! Ideal competition venue.
