Sandons Saddlery

What a brilliant place! A good classic tack shop and saddlery filled with everything for horse and rider. Wonderfully helpful staff as well. On my shopping list was a new riding hat to meet new standards. The young lady spent a long time finding me a hat that fitted well and correctly. Can't beat service like that. Well worth the hour and half hour round trip.

Great shop huge selection helpful staff

I have shopped at Sandons for 35 yrs but had a very disappointing trip to buy wormer recently. I wasn't told the price beforehand and was in a rush to get to work. Checked receipt and discovered I'd been charged an extortionate amount. I queried it as I thought it had to be a mistake but seems not. Sadly no explanation as to why it's nearly double price of anywhere else. I won't be using them again. Such a shame.

Can't fault the service. Friendly staff who ensure that equipment purchased is correct and fits well

Love this place. Usually staff really helpful, but this time I think there was someone learning, and she didn't know anything. They do have huge stock both new and second hand.
