Had my first reflexology session this week and I cant wait for the next one! I decided to try reflexology after doing some research online, since TTC is making me feel quite anxious and overwhelmed, the treatment really helped me to relax. Heather has created such a peaceful and calm environment in the treatment room, and she has such a calming manner, she made me feel at ease right away. I would recommend :)

I purchased the 3 hour retreat for my sisters birthday, it was an amazing experience to share. Heather made us feel at ease straight away, with her calm energy I felt instantly distressed & relaxed. What a gem of a find in Portsmouth! For the hour that I had I felt the hustle and bustle of the city melt away. I had a pregnancy massage as I’m 38 weeks on top of rushing around anyway, and the massage was just what I needed! Heather is very good at making you feel relaxed especially as the third trimester can bring a lot of discomfort. I love heathers treatments and have been going to her for years. I especially love her Reiki. Her room is so inviting and calming and I feel totally chilled after my treatments and just enjoy the total relaxation. I recently attended one of her women’s circles & it was amazing!
