I would highly recommend Aikido and I was delighted to hear when Sensei Ede opened a new Dojo. My Aikido training practice mainly started with Sense Edei a number of years ago. It was a disappointing day when the Dojo in Castlemilk closed, however it is great to be back, being taught Aikido by Sensei Ede in his new Dojo in Paisley.
