Absolutely outstanding service from these guys from start to finish , well worth the 2 hour round trip from Berkshire. After taking my car to a couple of local places to get my alignment done and not being correct, I took it over to these guys who got it spot on first time and my car drives perfect. Not at all satisfied with the service. About a month ago I changed all 4 tyres on my car and I also requested alignment. I agreed on the price beforehand. The guy told me that only the front wheels needed alignment as the rear were quote "spot on". After finishing I was charged for both axes, front and back, even though service was done only on front. I had 4 x Michelin PS4 fitted and a wheel alignment done. I must say, what a transformation to the car after all that work carried out my the Professionals.

I’ve used Sambo’s services a few times now and after my latest experience with them I feel a review is needed. First off, he’s always been an approachable and pleasant dude to deal with and he’s consistent in this behaviour to all customers which I witnessed whilst waiting. I dont often give 5 stars but i had to today. Firstly I called up to express my concern about my steering wheel shaking. I was told to bring the car down and they will have a look without charging me and they will diagnose the problem and we can go from there . The engineer was honest and said that tracking wouldn't fix my issue but he then went on to say that he was 100 percent sure that changing my tires would. And he was right.
