Samantha Bevington Hypnobirthing

Before the birth of my daughter, I hadn’t heard of hypnobirthing. In fact, when I did hear about it, I was the first to declare that it sounded like the biggest load of rubbish. A trusted friend spoke up - actually, it had helped her. The local NCT course was full and I’d left it all a bit late, so in haste I booked onto a local group hypnobirthing course, hoping to make friends and find out what all the hypno-hype was about. And clearly, it changed my life.
