My daughter attends weekly karate lessons. She loves going and her teacher is fantastic with her. She comes out each week excited to show us what she has learnt and she has made so much progress with him. I would highly recommend!

Been going to lessons with Darren for just over 2 years now in the family classes. No matter how young or old you are, or how fit, you will be made welcome and your efforts recognised. I would encourage anyone of any age to give it a go. Karate is great for general fitness and keeping fit without even realising it, plus you'll have fun while you learn.
