  • I have been working out with Sam for two months now. I had been working out on my own for 18 months prior to us working together and working with Sam has done more good in that 2 months than the entire 18 months previously. Sam is very knowledgeable, and is always available to text to gain a bit of extra insight - whether it’s which weights to buy or insight on fitness tips. I couldn’t recommend working out with Sam more.
