  • Sam is a great personal trainer. He has helped me so much in understanding nutrition and fitness. And helping me towards my goal. He takes the time in explaining everything and sets bespoke goals for your individual needs. I am now more confident in training on my own also. Sam has taught me new skills and perfected what I already knew.

  • I’ve been working with Sam for over a year now, having joined the gym with the goal of losing weight and improving overall fitness. With Sam’s guidance I’ve achieved both. Sam’s approach is very informative but digestible, he’s got a lot of knowledge to challenge you in different exercise variations and to keep workouts varied and tailored to what you want to achieve. Highly recommend!

  • Sam's a brilliant coach! Incredibly cleverly and does a really great job of letting you know the science behind how to successfully lose weight and get fitter. Probably the best part about training with Sam is that there’s no horrible restrictive crash diets or ‘fast way to loose weight’ methods but instead he shows you how to change your lifestyle to be healthier without ever missing out on social occasions or my favourite foods.
