Salsa Buena Dance Classes Cardiff & Cowbridge

My partner and I joined the Rhiwbina class last night as complete beginners. I normally hate dancing and feel very self conscious, but everyone was really friendly and encouraging. The teaching was excellent, easy to follow and included everyone regardless of experience. We will definitely be back next week! 💃🕺

I went to my first salsa class in Cardiff on Thursday. I’d been trying to get up my courage to go for months and I’m really glad I finally went. It was satisfying to learn some dance steps but more than that I enjoyed how informal it was and full of people all enjoying dancing together. The other people there were very encouraging and I really look forward to going again. I have already booked for next week

I attended a monday class as a beginner… loved it. I came to visit my dad, as he lives here, and I’m from Manchester. I went to this class last night as a beginner. Have to say it was brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and the instructor gave clear instructions that were easy to follow. It didn’t matter if you had a partner or not. There was time after the class to get to know people have a practice at salsa. Really enjoyable evening. Thank you

A great place to learn how to dance Salsa. Shahid is a fantastic instructor and you will absolutely learn to dance even if you have two left feet. It's also nice that you can show up without a partner and learn with some super nice people. 10/10 would recommend.
