But more importantly his breadth of experience across multiple disciplines means that he can address your health and fitness goals from a range of perspectives. This sets him apart from most personal trainers or nutritionists, who are naturally limited to their own narrow discipline. Arrange a meeting with Ash and you'll see what I mean!
