I did my Emergency First Aid course at the central London location in Holborn. Our trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and I learned a lot in one day. I highly recommend this course.

Booking and payment was simple to complete online. Venue is very well sign posted. The course structure was explained clearly by the instructor, whos was very thorough and made sure everyone felt welcomed and at ease. The delivery of the content was done with a mixture of slides and practicals. Once the course was completed, the centre sent out the certificates fairly quickly. Would gladly book courses again at the centre.

This was the most engaging, relevant and memorable First Aid training I've taken, (of 4 courses with other companies). The trainer was Dave who explained very well, with appropriate humour, kept everyone on track, ensured that everyone understood and encouraged everybody which is necessary if trainees are to feel confident in their own abilities. Our trainer was absolutely incredible. The session flew by and really inspired us all. Couldn't have been more pleased (and they accommodated our work schedule by coming to site out of hours). Two thumbs up!
