Fantastic approachable tutor who was a very smart man .....delivered the course brilliantly and wasnt at all boring. He loved biscuits as much as me which was a bonus !!

Mike delivered the course really well without over complicating things, I’ve come away feeling confident that I can give 1st aid if I need to.

I took part in a paediatric first aid course with Mike. He was outstanding. Super knowledgeable but most importantly easy going and completely relatable. Everything was explained in great detail, but not over complicated in anyway. Lots of opportunities for questions and practical input. Really, really enjoyed it and would highly recommend Mike as a course leader.

I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful for the work I do. The instructor (MS) was very good at breaking the exercises down, in order for the group to gain confidence as we went on to carry out what had been demonstrated. I found both aspects of the course (theory and practical), very helpful and feel the experience has been invaluable to me by explaining and demonstrating clearly, the correct way to carry out the tasks, whilst maintaining the dignity of others. Just completed two days of training with Mike. The courses are super informative and explained in such good ways that you can actually understand. I have gained such valuable skills for my workplace but also for life in general. Finally I have confidence if ever having to do First aid or Physical intervention. Never thought I would enjoy a training course but this was great! Thank you Mike
