Absolutely brilliant. So good I’ll say it again, absolutely brilliant.

Having had very little experience on forklifts other than moving them out of doorways and the like, I went into this course conscious of the fact that my lack of experience may show as I struggle to handle the trucks. I have to say, credit to john that the atmosphere was nowhere near as formal as I was expecting it to be. Superb team of people who took me from being a complete novice to passing the Forklift Driver tests with very high marks. John, Steve and Michelle show what can be achieved with patience and a fun but professional approach and can't be recommended enough. I'll be back to them for further "tickets". If only I'd found them sooner. Excellent.
