Safe Ground

Welcome to the Safe Ground website. We are currently undergoing some website maintenance, but please read our info booklet to learn about our suite of programmes, and for all our contact information. We are also undergoing some internal changes; from November we officially join the Social Interest Group, and our Director of 12 years, Charlie, will sadly be leaving us. Our statement on this is as follows: At this point in time, it is with great excitement that we announce Safe Ground will join The Social Interest Group. As a member of SiG, Safe Ground will enjoy the protections and potential of a large and secure base from which to continue to deliver, design and demonstrate quality standards and impact. In 1995, Safe Ground pioneered family relationships programmes in UK prisons, developing, in partnership with MoJ, Family Man and Fathers Inside, the first ever arts based family programmes for men in prison and their families.
