  • I started working with Sophie as the world locked down. At first our sessions were conducted over zoom and after a month or so we switched to training outside on Wanstead Flats. I cannot recommend Sophie highly enough. She makes every session fun and engaging. Over the 2 years she trained me I made huge progress with my fitness and that is down to her methods of training and he warm and friendly approach.   • I've worked with Sophie for two years now and she is easily the best personal trainer I've ever had. Not only is she extremely kind and knowledgeable, she manages to make every training session fun and the exact workout I need, and I am significantly fitter and stronger as a result.   • I worked with Sophie for around 4 months before my wedding :) Sophie was absolutely amazing!! She's very personable, knowledgeable about her field and very kind! I've never been massively into the gym, and Sophie made the whole experience feel approachable and achievable. I really enjoyed our sessions and notice I am a lot more toned and in better shape now :) I'm so glad I was able to work with Sophie and would 100% recommend her training for short-term and long-term work!   • I started personal training in January with Sophie and have loved every minute! We did zoom calls throughout lockdown and she showed me just how much you can do with a mat and a resistance band. I hated the gym before but Sophie has given me the confidence and the want to get stronger and fitter!! Only stopped because i moved away.   • Sophie is a great Personal Trainer! During my 1-2-1 sessions she helped me to improve my strengths and to understand better the technique for certain exercises. She is also really good at finding different ways of doing exercise if you feel uncomfortable or ache. I would definitely recommend her!
