  • Ryan has proven to be a very enthusiastic Personal Trainer who challenges you to achieve your aims through the correct level of motivation. His work outs are focused to your needs and change daily to keep you enthused. I would highly recommend Ryan as a personal Trainer based on what I have achieved in the 7 months

  • Great PT, Ryan tailored a training and eating plan around where i was when I began training, and where i wanted to get too. I have One PT session a week, and then he texts me other training work outs during the rest of week to keep the plan on track. I Would Ryan recommend to anyone that is wanting to achieve improved fitness and knowledge about nutrition.

He offers encouragement throughout his sessions and will gradually build up your fitness levels, achieving measurable, positive improvements. Ryan has helped me tremendously, following a period of illness, taking into account my reduced post-illness capabilities, providing me with a realistic exercise programme that has, in my view, hastened my recovery. Each session is different, and Ryan always tailors it to how I'm feeling and if I'm doing extra classes after. Even the not so 'fun' bits are fun. I've had PTs before, and I'd highly recommend him.
