Very good bowling green club only problem was with a dry summer all bowling greens are suffering with out rain water

Lovely homely club,friendly people and always a welcoming feeling.

Like most bowlers in the Great Harwood League, I had heard the tales of horror regarding this particular Bowling Green. It wasn't until I experienced it for the first time myself tonight that I could confirm them to be true. We have had a couple of downpours in the last few days and I had hoped it would have been enough to slow it down.
