  • I am no golfer and it's the first time I have played in 10 years so not really sure what to compare it to. Nice greens, clean club, good practices putting area and nets. Only thing that spoilt it was dog walkers walking through the course but wouldn't complain!!

  • Lovely course, lovely greens, great fairways, the whole experience was fantastic. The myth about dog-walkers is not true, there are people with dogs on the Heath, but they don't want to get hit by a ball, so if they find themselves near a fairway, as soon as they realise they move, no problem whatsoever, we all had a great day, thanks Rushmere.   • Thoroughly enjoyable course. Greens are superb all year round and course set up is well considered. A challenging first 5 holes is followed by opportunities to be attacking and in the stretch can really allow for some aggressive golf leaving you walking in with a bounce in your step. Food in the club is done to a very high standard.

  • Poor course design in my opinion; Par 3 - Par 3- Very short Par 4 for example, holds everything & everyone up when busy. There are no signs for next greens so can easily get lost and very poor yardage markers. There is no ‘map’ on tees so there’s a lot of holes that you’re playing blind and no “shot saver” available to purchase to help with this. There are 100s of dog walkers so be prepared to shout a bit (if your not very accurate like me!). However the greens are very very good and the staf...
