  • Really pleased with the running schedule Andy has put together for me as I'm clearly seeing progression without having to churn out loads of hrs training and risk injury. Well worth signing up to the strength sessions as well as they are good quality and easy to follow the videos. Andys knowledge and experience is top notch and gives you confidence your in good hands. 👍
