  • My son and I stayed in the Foresters bothy in 2016 and the place was magical. I understand now that the owners no longer open to the public....which I can understand reading some of the comments from non sympathetic visitors to Skye....such a shame as I would have loved to revisit the place and do some seal watching.

  • I stayed at Rubha Phoil mid November till mid January 2022. I was able to spend time on the property and eat meals around the fire. I loved the views of the land. Was the exact kind of break from the city I was looking for. Yes it was cold and got dark early but the wonderful views and kind people made up for that. I was able to spend time with the ducks and learn about the Polly tunnel and making compost. Would definitely return again some time.

  • Most wonderful places you can have for camping. Vegetation is everywhere which make it a very peaceful place. Plus, the staff is very welcoming and more than willing to help.
