Fully equipped gym with everything you need. Very friendly and a great atmosphere. The classes are fantastic and the staff go out of their way to help. Plenty of free parking as it's located in the tennis centre with free changing facilities. Not sure why someone commented no parking on a review below!! There is even an over flow car park. Its spotless and really good monthly pay as you go rates.

Hiden gem as it dosent get busy in there when i go . Not the biggest gym but enough equipment for what I need

Lovely friendly staff, small, well equipped and good open hours that are clearly displayed as well as a good atmosphere.

A really friendly, supportive gym. Plenty of kit, clean and pleasant atmosphere. You can go at your own pace and just generally be fitter than you would have been or get some help from trainers who know what they're doing if you want to push some limits. There are people here at all levels and nobody is judgemental.

The best and most positive gym in Wrexham. Great equipment for all types of training and friendly staff that are very welcoming and knowledgeable. If you need guidance or structure to achieve a goal I would highly recommend the personal trainers. I love the motivating atmosphere, you feel more part of a group and makes me look forward to each training session!
