Great links golf course with superb views of the coast. A real golfing test, with some great holes and just to keep you on your toes, the weather can add significantly to the challenge.

My golf club, friendly place with great staff and food. Seniors section is very active. Great Wednesday fun rounds throughout the Winter.

Played in the Open today, tough golf course with very punishing rough. Some holes could do with some semi -rough before the " lost ball" rough. The greens were very good in my opinion, good even pace. Only one grumble the pin position at the 235yard Par 3, geez a break really !! Food in the club house was excellent and all the organisers,staff etc welcoming.

The address shown on the Google page is incorrect - it should be; Traill Drive, Montrose, Angus DD10 8SW. The position of the location marker is also incorrect - it should be at the junction (south side) of Traill Drive opposite the 1st Tee of the Montrose Medal golf course.
