Roy Johnson Music

Roy has been teaching me banjo for two and a half years. He is a great teacher and I have really enjoyed the lessons. He always tailored the lessons to my goals and music choices and I think I have made good progress. I am going to university in September but I feel like I have the skills to keep playing independently now.

Excellent tuition. I was a complete beginner and Roy put me at my ease very quickly. His patient, relaxed approach, notes, use of video and audio and clear instructions helped me to progress. Very enjoyable way to learn.

I have just completed 60 very enjoyable and informative lessons with Roy. He is a very friendly and patient (he needed to be !) guitar tutor who will mould the lessons to suit an individuals requirements. You are not made to feel pressured and can take it at you own pace and ability Highly recommended.......... Phil
