As new dog owners, we didn't have a good idea of how to properly use positive reinforcement and our training was lacking. Nikki came round for a home visit to see our 11 week old un vaccinated puppy. After our first session, it was easy to see why Nikki's approach made sense and her methods/techniques were easy to follow. Her patience and knowledge about dogs made it easy for her to build a relationship with our puppy within 10 mins and how we can strengthen our bond with him. Nikki has recently started to pet sit for our two dogs and cats who all absolutely love her - this in itself is a remarkable testimony to Nikki in view of our animals’ backgrounds.
