Rough Diamonds Mma

Really grateful for Rough Diamonds! Variety of classes for children and adults and great value for money. Our chidiren take MMA classes and Muay Thai boxing and really enjoy it, they are becoming much more confident. The coaches are dedicated, they take their time and make sure the children understand the techniques. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the club is super friendly and supportive and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and technical with their training, I enjoy every session and I look forward to the day my daughter is old enough to enjoy the kid's classes.

This is a great gym and has a different mix of classes which I find very interesting and as top quality couches that actually fight so you're getting top knowledge even if you don't want to fight professionally it's still a great gym to train at and it always a buzzing atmosphere
