  • Lovely coarse Lovely views tricky greens a good challenge

  • Ask if we could order Sunday lunch,we were told sorry you have to book.,only 2 tables in resturrant. So we saw all the cakes on display and asked if we could have some coffee and cake they again said sorry we do not sell the cake on Sunday as we do lunches. Some business your club runs no wonder you do not make money for the club . from a former chef that ran a large golf club.

  • My wife and I played the golf course last week while staying at the holiday park nearby. We really enjoyed the course and it was in great condition. There are a few blind holes on the front nine but these didn't mar our enjoyment. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

  • Rothbury Golf Club sits in a beautiful valley with views of the Simonside Hills, Gibside Estate and the village of Rothbury atop of the platau rising up into the hills surrounding this beautiful Golf Course. Fantastic views abound your round of golf, it's almost hard to concentrate on the golf! But concentrate you must as the tricky approaches and sloping greens will test the best of golfers. The club house is a comfortable respite to soothe the nerves and relax and engage with the friendlies...

  • 8 of use had a fantastic day playing golf. With the staff being so friendly and helpful. After our days golfing, we went in to town for some more refreshments. And just like the golf club, staff in the local pubs was friendly and welcoming too. What a lovely place to visit
