  • Ross was superb in helping us train and work on the right muscles to assist our running. Before Ross's help we would burn ourselves out too quickly, so he also helped us with managing our pace and we never looked back. Ross's encouragement and seeing our progression has enhanced our confidence and we have gone from running 5k to 10 miles! So happy :)
