Probably the best venue for the associated chess club anywhere in the Suffolk area. Stowmarket Chess club are delighted with the facilities and the care and attention that has been lavished upon them, excellent kitchen, new lighting, decoration carpets and furniture. Well done Rookery Bowls club who are an absolute delight to meet and may our 20 + year association continue for the foreseeable future..

Facilities are a little tired. No baby changing facilities which is a shame when the hall is rented out.

Very friendly place really made me feel very welcome

We meet at the rookery bowling club on a Tuesday and Friday to play different games and quiz's with ladies and gentlemen with dementia mainly from Hillcrest house. We all have a great time. Tea, cake and biscuits halfway through. Well done carol and Chris for sorting it all out.
