Would avoid due to the way the place is run huge internal issues, lots of changes, staff retention is a nightmare, lots of change and thus difficulty in continuity for the young people who should be at the heart of their thought process - but aren't.

Real issues here. I was an experienced practitioner who came here only to learn that a number of staff had left recently. One member of staff had to leave due to financial fair play issues. The head of centre is a very odd person to work with. Only appoints friends and in my time (six months) appointed two qualified teachers only to get rid of both!?
