Brilliant team, great instructors, high level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a very friendly atmosphere. Great place for women to train with separate female changing room and toilet. Good training from absolute beginner to advanced, with range of people from all grades on the mat at most classes. Can't recommend this gym enough.

Highly recommend the gym, my 5 year old son back started back in Oct 2022 and I ended up joining myself followed by my older son. I was unsure how my 5 year old would get on as he sometimes struggles to stay focused due to his age but the coaches are great, they have lots of patience. Since we have joined we’ve attended multiple session a week, great bunch of lads and atmosphere. what a great sport for the whole family

Great welcoming atmosphere. Top level instructors delivering highly detailed techniques and concepts. A great place to start your jiu-jitsu journey. Anyone that's thought about taking up the sport I couldn't recommend enough.

Children’s classes excellent. Tuition tailored to each individual child’s need . Patient and entertaining instructors keep it fun whilst monitoring progression. Plenty of classes to choose from , just turn up when convenient and as often as you want .
